Visit USA Association Italy is a not for profit organization whose purposes are:
- To promote and develop outgoing tourism from Italy to the United States of America;
- To improve the knowledge and promote the image of the United States of America as a tourist destination to the final consumer;
- To promote training programs on transport to and staying in the United States of America, targeted at tourism industry operators;
- To provide members and all tourism industry operators in Italy with an opportunity to exchange ideas and analyze problems inherent to tourism and transport in and to the United States of America.

Who are Visit USA Association Italy? |

The Association is made up of Italian and foreign companies, associations and bodies that play an active role in pursuing the purposes of the Association on the Italian market, namely:
- Airlines
- Hotel Chains
- Rental Companies
- Cruise Companies
- General Sales Agents (GSAs of Airlines, Cruise Companies, Rental Companies and Hotel Chains)
- Tour Operators
- Tourism Offices and Bodies of American cities, states and national parks, tourist attractions, entertainment and theme parks, transport and shipping companies
- Reps. Organizations and Public Relations (P.R.) Companies

The Association's Activities |

In order to fulfill its purpose, VISIT USA Association Italy:
- Participates, along with the U.S. Commercial Service and the Travel Industry Association of America (T.I.A.), in preparing the U.S. Pavilion at major trade shows, namely: BIT (Borsa Italiana del Turismo) Milano; BMT (Borsa Mediterranea del Turismo) Naples, and TTG Incontri (Riva del Garda);
- Organizes, in cooperation with the U.S. Commercial Service and T.I.A., the Showcase U.S.A. Italy - an annual event where U.S.A. suppliers meet the Italian travel industry;
- Sponsors specialization courses and assists members wishing to gain in-depth knowledge by staging road-shows, workshops and meetings with the industry sales network;
- Provides comprehensive, up-to-date tourist information by promoting the www.seeamerica.org website in cooperation with T.I.A. Soon available in the Italian language, the site provides access to the websites of all the members of Visit USA Association Italy as well as useful information on how to reach a sales network of genuine U.S. Travel Specialists.
